You’ve evolved.
Your clothes should too.
At The Look Editor, I work with real women navigating real-life changes: career shifts, post-baby bodies, city moves, and glow-ups. I offer personal styling that’s actually personal—tailored to your lifestyle, body, taste, and goals. So you can stop second-guessing your outfits and feel pulled together every time you step out the door.
My mission? To help you take the stress out of getting dressed, and use fashion to embody your best self.
My styling philosophy
INDIVIDUALITY
I honor every woman’s body, background, and season of life. Because you’re not a type, you’re a person. Together, we’ll uncover your unique flavor of fashionable.
CREATIVITY
Those outdated fashion rules? Let’s break them. My styling is about self-expression, not self-correction—so you can feel free to play and still look like yourself.
SUSTAINABILITY
I help you make smart, lasting fashion choices and get more from what you already own. Instead of chasing trends, you’ll learn to choose pieces that go the distance.

How It Works
Step 1: Define
We’ll clarify the colors, prints, metals, makeup, hairstyles—and, of course, the clothing styles—that bring out the most confident version of you.
Step 2: Edit
We’ll review your wardrobe together, deciding what stays, what goes, and what’s missing.
Step 3: Dress
We’ll bring it all together: build outfits, shop smart, and create a formula that makes getting dressed feel easy and enjoyable.
Meet The Look Editor
Hi, I’m Camila—Brazilian-born, Portland-based, and your wardrobe’s new best friend.
After a career working for some of the biggest names in fashion and beauty, I created The Look Editor to do the work I love the most: helping women find confidence in their closets.
Why? Because I didn't see enough inclusive styling for real women out there. My approach is personal, accessible, and shaped by a global lens. It's designed to work for every body, background, and season of life.
Forget AI-generated mistakes, unrealistic Pinterest boards, or outdated color wheels from the ‘80s. This is highly bespoke, in-person styling tailored to you. So every day is a great outfit day.
Choose your own style adventure
Whether you’re ready for a full wardrobe overhaul, or just need help with what to wear next week, I’ve got the solution. Most women start with the Color & Style Analysis or the The Total Edit—but the path is yours to pick.

So, why Not AI?
Because your body deserves better than a bot.
If you’ve tried AI styling and regretted it, you’re not alone. From wonky color palettes to outfit ideas that are so not it, automated tools aren’t personal enough to get it right.
They don’t know your tastes, your skin texture, or that you’ve never liked turtlenecks. And they definitely don’t offer the connection, collaboration, or celebration of womanhood that comes from working with a real person.
My approach? Hands-on, inclusive, and a guaranteed great time. It’s about seeing the whole you—not just a selfie—and building a wardrobe that makes sense for your day to day life.
Real women, real results
How Color Analysis Can Help You Look Your Best
Watch me (Camila) on KATU ABC 2, demonstrating how color analysis can help you look and feel your best, revitalize your wardrobe, and make it easier to shop!
Color Analysis
-
Color Analysis is the process of identifying your best colors—based on your skin’s natural undertones—so you can choose the clothing, makeup, hairstyles, and jewellery that make you look best.
-
I use the Extended Seasonal Method (12 seasons). You’ll be matched with a palette—like Deep Winter or Cool Summer—based on an in-person draping experience with warm/cool tones.
-
No, your palette is based on your skin’s undertones. Hair color complements your palette, but doesn’t define it. Some people look best with their natural hair color, or I may advise going lighter or darker.
-
Going gray doesn’t change your palette. However, I’ll help you adjust to this new hair color and make it work for you and your personal style.
-
Your color palette stays the same—but as we all naturally soften with time, you may eventually need to adjust how you wear certain shades. I’ll show you how to evolve your style without starting over.
-
Natural tans are perfectly fine. Please avoid spray tans or fake tanning up to 4 weeks before our session.
-
Absolutely. You’ll get personalized suggestions for makeup shades, jewelry tones (gold or silver, matte or shiny), and gemstones.
-
Yes—you’ll get recommendations for hair color (based on your color palette) and haircuts/styles (based on your face shape).
-
Yes! I’ll help you understand your body and which styles flatter you most. I work with women of all shapes and sizes, and believe that fashion is for anyone and everyone.
-
It is best to wait to book your session until things stabilize—so you don’t end up buying clothing in sizes that you will not wear, or keeping items that no longer fit.
-
Of course! Whether it’s a walk-in or a capsule wardrobe, we’ll set goals and build the closet that you need, right now.
-
Not physical swatches, but you’ll get a detailed digital color palette to reference after your session.
-
Wear minimal or no makeup, avoid fake tan, and wear a top that won’t reflect too much color (like a neutral or white shirt). I’ll guide you through everything else!
-
Yes! Reach out with the service you’d like to gift, a personal message, and I’ll send over a custom digital gift card they can use within 3 months.
-
Reports are typically delivered within 5–7 days and are filled with personalized color palette information, outfit tips, shopping notes, and more.
-
No need to clean or organize. Just show up as you are—I’ll help you sort it all out. If you have specific goals (like dressing for work or navigating post-baby life), making a list of those ahead of time would be great.
-
I work exclusively with women-identifying clients. That’s where my expertise, lived experience, and passions lie. I’ve spent years understanding how women’s bodies, style needs, and self-image evolve—and I tailor my process specifically to that journey.
In-person
-
My studio is located in North Portland (Kenton).
-
No, because online assessments lack precision. Screens, lighting, and filters distort your real tones and features. To get it right, I need to see you in person.
-
Yes, certain services like Styling Sessions and Personal Shopping can be done virtually. Color Analysis and Closet Edits are always best in person.
-
Not well. AI doesn’t catch nuances like skin texture, the fact that your skin has both cool and warm undertones, or see the authentic proportions of your body. This is personal work that warrants in-person evaluation—your future clothing, hair, and makeup investments will thank you. Read more about AI styling’s limitations here.
-
Yes—Vancouver, Lake Oswego, Tigard and West Linn, and more. Just let me know your location and I’ll factor in any necessary travel fees to our session.
-
Yes! Double sessions happen at the studio, located in North Portland (Kenton). Group sessions (like parties) take place at your home, office, or event space.
-
No—each person receives the full service, time, and report. The value doesn’t change.
